The Good Samaritan Project, India
The GSPI is a charitable organisation that has been involved in Community Health Projects in Kerala since 1975. For over 40 years, we have been able to provide essential health care service to thousands of people in the poorer sections of society.
Over these 40 years, the GSPI has evolved into a dynamic organisation that functions in the domain of socially relevant projects as required time to time.
In the initial years, the funding of the projects was entirely from word and deed, an organization from Holland. However, as India developed, the Dutch donor withdrew their assistance. Today, we are funded entirely from individuals and organizations in India.
At the present time, we are engaged in the following main activities:
